Screenshots zu Sniper Elite

Es gibt wieder mal ein paar neue Screenshots zum Scharfschützenspektal im Zweiten Weltkrieg. Im Spiel selbst übernimmt man die Rolle eines amerikanischen  Scharfschützen, der im Auftrag der Allierten die Russen abhalten soll, die Zugang zu den Atomwaffen der Nazi haben wollen. Das ganze spielt in einem realistisch nachgebildeten Berlin, wo man neben Russen auch den Nazis aus dem Weg gehen muss.

Spring 1945: World War II is drawing to a close and the Soviets and Nazi\'s are caught in a furious battle for Berlin. Taking the role of an American Sniper sent into the chaos of war-torn Berlin by the Secret Service, the player must complete a series of vitally important missions to thwart Soviet nuclear ambitions at the dawn of the Cold War.

Sniper Elite is a World War II sniper simulation featuring: infiltration, close-quarters action and an emphasis on skilful sniping.  

The game features a combination of 1st and 3^rd person gameplay. The player must combine cunning tactical thinking with a steady trigger finger to succeed. Missions take place in non-linear hostile environments, with the dynamic nature of enemy activity often allowing only a small window of opportunity to make a vital shot. The player needs to think and act like an elite sniper in order to succeed. Rushing in all guns blazing will not work. Sophisticated enemy AI and mission design require players to employ observation, cunning, stealth, and marksmanship to successfully carry out their mission objectives and then exfiltrate safely. The single-player Berlin campaign consists of over 25 missions and is complemented by a two-player split-screen cooperative mode and a number of multiplayer online modes. Sniper rifles, of course, make up much of the player’s arsenal in the game, but a wide range of authentic World War II weapons are also available.
