Wie man den folgenden Trophies entnehmen kann, wird es wohl eine interessante Auswahl an Multiplayer-Modi für Resident Evil 5 geben. Höchstwahrscheinlich können diese als DLC erworben werden. So werden unter anderem folgende Modi erwähnt: Slayers, Survivors, Team Slayers, Team Survivors und Versus.
