Wie Activision, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVI) heute bekannt gibt, hat Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s Goldstatus erreicht. Ab 26. Juli 2007 wird das Spiel exklusiv für die PlayStation®2 erhältlich sein. Außerdem verrät das Unternehmen neun zusätzliche Songs, die auf der Fortsetzung der erfolgreichen Reihe enthalten sein werden.

Guitar Hero Encore: Rocks the 80s wird optisch beeindruckende Retro-Rock Bühnen, coole 80er Jahre Charaktere, freispielbare Gitarren und 30 sensationelle, neue Songs enthalten, um Spielern das ultimative Rockstar-Feeling zu vermitteln.
